Since then, we've been honored by Harrison's mayor when he renamed our street “Economy Supply Way.” In 2006, New Jersey Monthly Magazine named us a “Family Business of the Year” semifinalist. We've even been featured on HGTV's series “Spice Up My Kitchen” and “Save My Bath” because we are a trusted source that serves the wholesale and retail trades.
Today, Economy Supply Co is the oldest family-owned hardware store in the state of New Jersey, but we haven't lost our competitive edge or our hometown feel. Our 3-story, 17,000-square-foot store has an extensive inventory of plumbing, heating, hardware, bath, kitchen, electrical, paint and flooring products, and countertops and cabinetry on display. Furthermore, we can get you almost any product you find online. Carl Liberman, the father of Economy Supply Co owners Harold and Michael Liberman, summed up our sourcing ability perfectly when he said, “If we don't have it, forget it.”
Our staff is passionate about what they do and it shows. We have experts who can offer valuable advice, recommendations and contractor referrals. Our third-generation customers don't just see us as reliable and insightful, though, they see us as family.
